Job Summary In the role of a School LVN, you will be an integral part of the school nursing staff, delivering vital care and support to students in grades K-12. You will work under the supervision of the district’s clinical team to promote health, well-being, and disease prevention. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of immunizations and health histories, monitoring health conditions, and administering medications as directed. As a school LVN, you’ll encounter a diverse range of student health needs, including chronic conditions and acute concerns. You will need to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and administrators while demonstrating compassion and resilience under pressure.
