Job Overview This critical role focuses on driving business growth and achieving operational excellence within dealer organizations across various accounts in the United States. You will develop and execute impactful business strategies aimed at subscriber growth and enhancing customer experience metrics. Your collaboration with company and dealer organizations will align national initiatives, business operations, and marketing requirements. Success in this position is measured through performance metrics, subscriber increases, and effective dealer relationship management. Your contributions directly influence organizational goals through dealer alignment with company strategies and consistent operational performance. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement creative business strategies to drive subscriber growth and operational success within dealer organizations. Manage account plans and lead ongoing engagement with dealer and field teams to support distribution and market initiatives. Ensure that dealer channel strategies are aligned with national company initiatives and programs. Act as the liaison for legal matters, which include contract management, dispute resolution, and fraud investigations. Fulfill additional duties/projects as assigned by business management as necessary. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required). 4-7 years of Sales and operational experience (Preferred). 4-7 years of in-depth retail experience (Preferred). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Business Analysis (Required). Indirect Channel Sales (Required). Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel: Travel Required: Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Base Pay Range: $95,600 - $172,500 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range mentioned above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The actual pay for the selected candidate will vary based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentives based on their specific role. Most corporate employees can expect a year-end bonus contingent on company and individual performance, calculated as a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings from the preceding year.
