Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. Drive business development initiatives and make impactful decisions. Oversee multiple projects to ensure they meet client expectations. Collaborate with technical architects and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion. Mentor and nurture the next generation of leaders in the organization. Create an environment where technology and individuals can thrive together. Maintain and enhance relationships with executive-level clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred certifications in ERP: D365 F&O Trade and Logistics and at least one other D365 F&O module. Proven expertise as a Functional Solutions Architect. Experience in managing entire project lifecycles for client success. Acting as the central contact for application design on a global scale. Expert in creating functional specifications and design documents. Skilled in estimating and preparing key requirements. Experience conducting Joint Application Design workshops. Familiarity with Microsoft BI suite, MS SQL Server, and SSRS. Experience providing support post-go-live. The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000.
