In this role, your responsibilities are to communicate with clients to discuss their needs and preferences, as well as learn about any sensitive skin or allergy issues. You must know when to use the right equipment, from basic waxing strips to hot wax. Our ideal client has an esthetician or cosmetology license gained from attending a trade school, as well as experience providing waxing services to clients in a professional setting. Knowledge of other skincare and beauty treatments is a plus.Wax Specialist Duties and ResponsibilitiesDiscuss client needs and preferencesWax various body parts, including areas of the face, back, legs, arms, and bikini lineUse the right equipment and ensure it is sanitary for each useProvide other skincare services and beauty treatments as neededWax Specialist Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED certificateState esthetician or cosmetologist licenseExperience with and knowledge of various waxing techniques and equipmentAttention to detailCommunication and interpersonal skillsMake up services is a Plus Room Rentals are welcome!
