We're looking for motivated, people-driven professionals who want a high-income career built on field prospecting, homeowner engagement, and smart home technology. This is a self-generated field sales role - perfect for someone who wants independence, control of their day, and the ability to earn truly life-changing income. This is a hands-on, door-to-door field position where you build trust, educate customers, and close sales inside the home. You are not sitting behind a desk, and you are not waiting for provided leads. Your success comes from consistent activity , meeting homeowners, and building your own pipeline. Responsibilities Prospect neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face Conduct in-home sales presentations and consultations Present smart home, automation, and security solutions Reactivate or upgrade prior ADT systems when applicable Manage your sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM Complete proposals, documentation, and follow-ups Perform post-installation check-ins and generate referrals Schedule & Work Environment This is a full-time, field-based role requiring consistency and self-discipline. Typical Hours:10:00 AM - 8:00 PMWork Week:6 days per week (field-heavy) Tuesdayis your administrative & development day: Training Team meeting Pipeline organization Skill building (Still part of the 6-day schedule, but not a field day.) All other days: Door knocking Field prospecting In-home presentations Running appointments & closing sales Your income is directly tied to your activity - the more consistent you are, the more you earn. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication & interpersonal skills Comfortable with door knocking and outdoor fieldwork Ability to self-manage your schedule and daily goals Preferred (not required): Field sales, door-to-door, or in-home sales experience Experience from industries such as solar, roofing, pest control, remodeling, cable/internet, auto sales, or customer service Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems We provide all training - no prior sales experience is necessary.
