Emergency Medical Paramedic

Immediate Hiring: Full-Time Opportunity Receive a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-Year Commitment Pay Range: $37.11 - $59.42 per hour We are seeking dedicated Paramedics who are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality medical care to our community. Responsibilities: Assess each emergency situation to determine the best response, utilizing advanced Paramedic protocols. Employ advanced medical skills with equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and IV fluids to deliver high-level patient care. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families to keep them informed about their care. Lead the Paramedic team, managing the scene and unit operations effectively. Drive the ambulance in emergency situations while adhering to safety protocols. Work collaboratively and professionally with public safety staff and fellow Paramedics. Engage in community programs to enhance AMR’s image and strengthen community relations. Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Valid California State Paramedic License. Valid California State Driver's License. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEPP, BTLS, or PHTLS. Driving record that adheres to company policy. Successful completion of the Physical Agility Test. Completion of ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 courses. California Ambulance Driver's License. Medical Examiner's Certificate. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
