Van Driver Reports to: General Manager and Assistant General Manager (AGM) Job Details Work Location: One location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18- $16 per hour Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Night shifts, Holidays, and Weekends Job Overview Responsible for driving the hotel shuttle to ensure guests are picked up and dropped off safely and on time. It provides exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Performs minor vehicle maintenance and assists with general hotel operations as needed. Key Responsibilities: Safely drive hotel shuttle, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and provide information about hotel services. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly. Ensure security by locking doors and maintaining a visible presence for guest assistance. Perform light housekeeping duties and address guest inquiries courteously. Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor. Qualifications:Experience: 1 year in shuttle driving and customer service (Required) License: Valid Driver's License (Required) Shifts: Morning and evening shifts (Required) Skills and Qualities: Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle minor vehicle maintenance tasks. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
