The MarketPoint Career Channel Team seeks dedicated Medicare Field Sales Representatives to engage with our community effectively. Living in the designated territory is essential to create a strong local presence. You will be part of a collaborative team of 8-12 agents, working closely with experienced management dedicated to your growth and success. Your Responsibilities in this Field Role: Build Trust: Educate individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional products such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage. Create Connections: Foster meaningful relationships through community events, grassroots marketing, and in-home visits to offer personalized experiences that distinguish Humana. Drive Growth: Generate self-sourced sales, achieve performance targets, and enhance Humana's visibility by becoming a trusted resource in your neighborhood. Your interactions will primarily take place in the field, blending in-person, virtual, and phone engagements, with significant emphasis on face-to-face visits within prospective members' homes. Make a Difference with Your Skills Required Qualifications: Active Health Insurance License or willing to obtain. Must reside in the designated local territory. Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and engaging with the community through various activities. Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state coverage requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License. Previous experience selling Medicare products. Experience in public speaking or delivering group presentations. Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Additional Information: This role falls under Humana's Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program; therefore, driver license validation and MVR review are required. Humana associates interacting with members in another language must demonstrate their proficiency through an assessment. Important: Selected applicants may be required to provide a social security number for verification purposes. Schedule: Meeting with members requires flexibility, as appointments and events may occur during evenings and weekends. Training: Mandatory attendance is required for the first five weeks of employment. Interview Process: We utilize HireVue technology for the interview process, allowing you to answer questions at your convenience. If selected, you'll receive a text with further instructions. Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time employment ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 per year, including base pay and commission, with variations based on location and individual performance. Travel: While primarily a remote role, occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be needed.
