Job Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Migration Specialist to lead data migration efforts for Cerner/Oracle Millennium EHR/EMR solutions. In this role, you will handle large data sets, extracting historical information and migrating it from vendor systems using internal tools, ensuring a seamless transition to our systems. Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience: 5-7 years in a technical capacity focused on data migration, implementation, or system migrations Technical qualifications: Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and an understanding of Oracle cloud; ETL experience is essential Additional skills: Excellent communication abilities, one year of client-facing experience, proficient presentation skills, and a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts Ability to obtain the necessary government security clearance applicable to your position Highly organized with strong project management skills to juggle multiple assignments effectively Preferred Qualifications: Technical background: Proficiency in Python, C#, CCL (Cerner in-house), and OCI Industry Background: Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred. Responsibilities: Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed in compliance with local regulations Willingness to travel up to 25% as required Adhere to corporate security policies while safeguarding organizational assets and reporting any security issues Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned Demonstrate resourcefulness by independently managing tasks and projects Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Successful candidates must be U.S. citizens due to specific client contract requirements and must be able to obtain the relevant government security clearance. Compensation and Benefits: The hiring range for this position is $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with potential for bonuses and equity sharing.
