Recommended QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools. Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and lean principles.
