We are seeking a Production and Service Assistant Manager for our Houston office. Position Objective: Work with Production and Service Managers, Sales and Project Managers as needed daily. Job Functions: Crew dispatching, customer updates, time approvals, reports, submittals, etc. Interface regularly with Sales, and Estimating, to ensure effective and timely communication to help produce desired results. Able to help identify and resolve operations, and customer service problems effectively and immediately. Inspections, attending pre-construction and pre-bid meetings. Perform all other projects or duties as assigned by the VP of Operations, Service Manager, and upper management. Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential): Bachelor's degree in related industry; preferably Construction Management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs. Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook). Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable): Bilingual?English/Spanish. Key Competencies: Superb communication skills. Working Conditions: Physical surroundings: Office and field environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature as well as exposure to typical hazards of jobsite, including ladders, construction materials, etc. Physical Effort: Extensive sitting, standing, walking. Repetitive keying, typing. Occasional lifting, not to exceed 50 pounds. Travel: Local, for purposes of visiting customers and reviewing needs onsite.
