Senior Security Architecture Manager

You will engage in technical discussions, recruitment, management of a distributed team, and establish effective processes to ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities What You'll Bring 8+ years of professional experience in security, including the development and deployment of security tools and processes. 5+ years of proven leadership and people management experience. A strategic mindset with the ability to foster and maintain productive partnerships. Experience in either defensive or offensive security strategies. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively in various formats. A track record of attracting and retaining top talent in the security field. Adept at complex decision-making processes. Experience in developing and implementing operational plans that achieve business goals. Strong understanding of security assessment practices within the software development lifecycle. Nice to Have Experience in software development. Familiarity with cloud development. Knowledge of scaling application security or software assurance. Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, Python, Go, Vibe Coding, Apex.
