You will handle resident concerns, payments, lease inquiries, and escalated issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset. Using high-level communication and strategic consultative selling skills, you create genuine connections and deliver a positive, memorable experience throughout the leasing and living journey. You will also assist in overseeing the leasing team, providing guidance, support, and accountability, while supporting daily community operations and stepping in as needed in the absence of the Community Manager. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Multifamily property management experience required OneSite experience or knowledge preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Sales-driven, consultative approach Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) Working knowledge of social media and marketing concepts Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Excellent written and verbal communication Professional appearance and demeanor Adaptable, creative, and open-minded Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
