CGP - ERP Consultant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an ERP Consultant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $85.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Lead the ERP system selection process using an unbiased, data-driven approach. Evaluate and compare ERP platforms, including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Intacct, and Acumatica. Identify and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with ERP functionalities. Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather cross-department input to refine selection criteria. Present a comprehensive analysis of system advantages and limitations to support decision-making. Requirements: Have extensive experience in ERP system selection and evaluation across multiple platforms. Demonstrate strong knowledge of NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Intacct, and Acumatica. Exhibit the ability to remain neutral and unbiased throughout the selection process. Possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Be available to start immediately and commit to a 3 - 4 month engagement. Qualifications: Display a strategic mindset with the ability to align ERP selection with business scalability. Maintain proficiency in financial analysis and data validation for ERP system assessments. Communicate effectively with executive teams to present recommendations and insights. Adapt to evolving business needs while ensuring ERP solutions meet operational requirements. Support contract negotiations or vendor discussions to facilitate seamless implementation.
