While previous experience in Pain Management or Orthopedics is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal applicant is someone with a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to build genuine rapport with our patients. Less than 5% of our patients are on opioid therapy. We are an interventional pain clinic specializing in advance procedures to treat pain of the low back, neck, and major joints. Part time with the possibility of full time.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments.Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.Perform or assist with in-office procedures and injections (training provided).Order and interpret diagnostic tests (MRI, CT, X-ray).Prescribe medications and manage medication therapy responsibly.Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies.Collaborate closely with the physician and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).QualificationsRequired: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner programRequired: Current NP/NCCPA certification and valid California state license (or eligibility to obtain).Required: Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to connect with patients with empathy and professionalism.Required: Strong team spirit; ability to work well with other staff members in a close-knit office.Preferred: Experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery or Spine care.Open To: New graduates, NPs or PAs from other specialties who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to learn this specialty.
