The Opportunity As a member of the Salesforce - Application Evolution Services team, you will lead the development and implementation of impactful Salesforce solutions. As a Director, you will define the strategic direction, spearhead business development efforts, and manage multiple projects while cultivating high-level client relationships. You will create Application Managed Services solutions that align with clients' technological requirements and business goals. Responsibilities Design and implement effective Salesforce solutions. Establish the strategic vision for the team. Drive business development initiatives. Oversee project management and client interactions. Align solutions with the technological and business objectives of clients. Guide and mentor team members. Promote a culture of integrity and inclusivity. Comply with all PwC policies and standards. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. What Sets You Apart Experience in developing Application Managed Services solutions. Expertise in solving complex business and technology challenges. Proficiency in delivering solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and/or Workday. Strong leadership and team-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration. Background in industry analysis, market research, and competitive assessments. Experience in creating business cases and understanding ROI. Ability to design customer-centric operating models. Experience in facilitating strategic change within client organizations. Strong writing and presentation skills for industry audiences. The salary range for this role is $155,000 - $410,000, with actual compensation dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
