Business Analyst III (Onsite) Location: Onsite - San Gabriel Valley, CA (ZIP: 91770) Duration: Minimum 12 months, approved through May 2027 Pay Rate: $35-$38.60/hr (W2) Employment Type: Contract Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to join an onsite Product Development team in California. This role focuses on supporting business initiatives through requirements analysis, project documentation, and collaboration with system integrators, vendors, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, project execution experience, and a working knowledge of supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Perform moderately complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business initiatives Gather, document, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear deliverables Support product development efforts, including user stories and business use cases Review Business Process Documents for quality, accuracy, and completeness Serve as the primary point of contact between system integrator teams and business SMEs Lead or support implementation activities, including testing, conversion, deployment, and training Assess business value versus effort to help prioritize initiatives Collaborate with vendors to understand product direction, release timelines, and solution options Maintain documentation across the full project lifecycle Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field (preferred) 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role Demonstrated ability to conduct data-driven analysis and draw actionable conclusions Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently to completion Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators Preferred Experience Knowledge of Supply Chain principles, including: Material Management Warehouse Management Procurement Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale system implementations Familiarity with Agile or product development environments Work Environment Onsite role requiring collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors Fast-paced, initiative-driven environment with multiple concurrent priorities
