Telehealth Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

We’re currently seeking experienced Pediatric Speech Therapists to provide telehealth services. We are hiring for both immediate and future start dates, and we work closely with every therapist to ensure a smooth, confident onboarding experience.Fox Health was founded on the belief that every team member matters. We’re looking for therapists who are collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable speaking up in an ever-evolving healthcare environment.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy using accepted best practicesManage a full caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and dischargesDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goalsComplete timely, accurate daily documentation in accordance with company and payer requirementsCommunicate consistently and effectively with families and caregivers to support carryoverEnsure services and documentation meet state licensure, payer, and company standardsSupport clinical quality through adherence to best practices and participation in documentation reviewsCollaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes, performance improvement, and workflow planningParticipate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work cultureMaintain responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional developmentHow we help our therapists We want our providers to be completely dedicated to their patients without worrying about administrative work; therefore, Fox Health we will handle:Case buildingRecord keeping and communications with familiesCoordination (scheduling, rescheduling and confirming sessions)Physician approvals and Insurance authorizationsProvide continuing education resourcesIf you’re looking for a position where your time is respected, your voice matters, and your growth is supported, we’d love to hear from you!Compensation is an estimate for a full-time employee or contractor.
