Finance AI Model Trainer

We are excited to invite a finance professional to become an integral part of our innovative team as a Finance AI Model Trainer. In this unique role, you will play a crucial part in developing and refining AI chatbots by assessing their capabilities, investigating their logic, and solving challenges to enhance the overall performance of each model. To excel in this position, a strong foundation in financial reasoning is essential, along with a Master's degree or PhD, which is highly preferred. Experience in areas such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning will be advantageous. Main Responsibilities: Challenge AI chatbots with a variety of complex issues to critically analyze their responses. Evaluate the performance and accuracy of AI models to ensure high-quality outcomes. Qualifications: Fluency in English, either at a native or bilingual level. A strong attention to detail is essential. High proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and management reasoning. A current, in-progress, or completed Master's degree and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Please be aware: Payments will be processed via PayPal.
