Evaluate customer RFQs and develop accurate tooling quotes ? Program vertical CNC mills using advanced CAD/CAM software ? Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams ? Support the machining process development and quality control ? Inspect parts using CNC, CMMs and manual tools ? Embrace ongoing cross-training and skills development Your Toolbox Should Include: Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems Strong knowledge of purchasing systems and project buyouts The ability to manage shop schedules, routing, and requisitions Critical thinking and fast problem-solving skills What We AreLooking For: 10+ years in modern mold manufacturing Degree from technical school or equivalent real-world experience Proven leadership and project management skills Proficiency in CAD/CAM and CMM inspection Strong math, reasoning, and communication abilities A team player who can also thrive independently High integrity, a solid work ethic, and commitment to confidentiality The Environment You will work in a modern, experienced, advanced mold manufacturing company with state-of-the-art equipment.
