This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite. Travel may be required. Key Responsibilities: Provide medical services at the scope of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Assess urgent or emergent health needs, analyze data, and collaborate on care plans with the medical team. Recognize and treat illnesses and injuries according to established protocols. Maintain patient records in compliance with standard protocols and the Privacy Act. Document signs and symptoms of both physical and mental conditions. Utilize strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills daily. Prioritize workload and exercise independent judgment. Engage in professional development to stay updated on healthcare trends. Ensure proper handling of financial transactions per contract requirements. Protect patient privacy and adhere to infection control protocols. Perform other job-related duties as needed. Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC Certification. Maintain an active, unrestricted NP/PA License free from adverse actions and eligible for credentialing. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications required. Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification required prior to deployment. Recent clinical experience in direct patient care for at least 6 months within the past year. Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills. Proficiency with computers and MS Office products required. Adaptability to sudden changes and flexible to work shifts based on operational needs. Strong problem-solving skills to address inquiries in a timely manner. Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency. Must be a US citizen or a permanent resident residing in the US for 3 of the past 5 years. Preferred Qualifications: Current adjudicated Department of Homeland Security clearance. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Work Conditions: Work performed in a typical office environment. Involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods.
