Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision: Analyze market trends to implement actionable strategic plans aligned with clinical care, quality, and business goals. Marketing Strategist: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain patients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Leadership Developer: Foster collaborative relationships throughout the organization, serving as a consultant and role model for staff development and engagement. Financial Manager: Participate in the budgeting process and management, ensuring strategic investments in equipment and resources. Innovative Developer: Enhance medical documentation systems to facilitate seamless communication and continuity of care among caregivers. Your Qualifications: Educational Credentials: Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field with a background in acute care. Professional Experience: Over 10 years in acute care, with at least 5 years in progressive leadership roles in healthcare settings. Strategic Skills: Demonstrated ability to integrate multi-site departments and craft strategic initiatives that drive success. Financial Expertise: Background in operational and business planning, demonstrating fiscal responsibility. Licensure: Active California Registered Nurse License and Greenbelt Certification, to be achieved upon hire or within one year.
