Your Career We're looking for an HR Generalist who wants to be a true partner to the business-someone who enjoys working closely with leaders and employees, improving how things work, and shaping a great employee experience. This is a high-touch, high-visibility role with broad ownership across performance management, talent programs, employee relations, and HR operations. Your ImpactServe as the day-to-day HR partner to managers and employees, including employee relations support Own and continuously improve performance management and core talent programs Partner with leaders on talent development, engagement, and workforce planning Support recruiting and onboarding in partnership with hiring managers Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual compensation planning Analyze people data and provide insights and recommendations to leaders Design, document, and improve HR programs, policies, and processes, including annual handbook updates Own HRIS management (excluding payroll processing) and oversee benefits, payroll coordination, and external vendors Your Experience3-5 years of progressive HR experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience SHRM-CP or PHR preferred Strong HRIS experience (ADP a plus) and solid Excel skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities High integrity with a strong sense of discretion Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment Our Commitment We're trailblazers who dream big, take risks, and drive innovation. The base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $90,000 and may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, Federated Wireless considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
