About the Role: As the Nurse Manager for Critical Care, you will provide 24/7 leadership to ensure the highest standard of nursing care across assigned ICU departments. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining regulatory compliance, leading quality improvement initiatives, fostering a healing environment, and driving patient satisfaction across the board. Responsibilities Include: Oversee daily operations and clinical care in critical care units Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Lead quality initiatives, including core measures and service excellence goals Foster patient-centered communication and effective discharge planning Support staff development and create a culture of accountability and excellence Proactively engage in rounding and issue resolution to improve patient experience Required Qualifications: 3+ years recent acute care ICU leadership experience (within the last year) RN Diploma or Associate Degree required (BSN preferred) Active Florida RN License or compact license eligible Certifications (may be obtained after hire): BLS (within 30 days) NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days) ACLS (within 6 months) PALS or ENPC (within 6 months) Compensation Package: Salary Range: $79,000 $98,000 (10 years of experience) Up to $110,000 (15+ years of experience) Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Sign-On Bonus: Not offered Why Join?
