Then you may be our perfect hero!Key ResponsibilitiesCompile and resolve punch list itemsPerform final walk-through with customerSecure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customerConduct pre-construction meeting with customerProvide project update (daily narrative) to customers and clientsSchedule all subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of workDocument all project activities in the job bookExecute change ordersSet expectations on a project-by-project basicMaintain quality standards through site inspectionsProvide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractorsCoordinate inspections with local jurisdictionsEnsure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchasedEnsure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase ordersValidate schedule and progressIdentify areas outside of contracted scope of workBe familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction CoordinatorPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationBasic math skillsExperience in restoration and/or constructionComputer skills requiredSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesWalking and/or standing throughout the dayFrequent driving and sittingOccasionally climbing laddersOccasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heatThe noise level at individual jobsites can be loudEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
