Your Responsibilities: As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, your skills will be crucial in keeping our community running smoothly. You will maintain the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds, ensuring top-notch conditions for our residents and their families. You will be engaging in: Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC systems, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency equipment. General maintenance projects as assigned and responding to requests from community directors and residents.
