Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry and concrete projects within the historic industry. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized. Job Requirements Experience in project administration working for a specialty contractor or GC RFIs, submittals, scheduling, documentation, change orders, contract administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge and experience pertaining to masonry, concrete and stone restoration, material conditions (preferred) Self-starter, problem solver, team player with strong communication skills Detail oriented, organized, well spoken Pay range $100,000-130,000 plus health benefits.
