The Senior SAP Commerce Cloud Application Consultant plays a pivotal role in collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of the SAP Commerce Cloud Solution. Key Responsibilities: Engage with client stakeholders to understand business motivations, ensuring a user-friendly, scalable solution that meets satisfaction goals. Facilitate workshops, design solutions, and architect SAP Commerce Cloud systems. Guide development teams in custom solution creation and implementation; actively participate in design, implementation, testing, documentation, go-live, and dev-ops planning. Act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and design teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Provide analytical expertise to identify, evaluate, and document system requirements effectively. Ensure the production of high-quality user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flows to deliver the project successfully. Collaborate with project managers to create a project delivery plan, utilizing past experience to assess risks and prioritize tasks. Analyze customer business processes and propose end-to-end solutions that align with SAP CX Platforms, catering to customer needs. Ensure the solution's quality throughout the implementation process. Support sales teams during deal formation, evaluations, estimations, and presales activities. Manage changes effectively on projects by evaluating the impact of new requirements on scope and timelines. Maximize the out-of-the-box features of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform, while suggesting best practices for necessary customizations. Oversee project-related tasks including: Designing, developing, and integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP ERP and other SAP CX systems. Synchronizing Master Data (Product, Price, Stock, Customer & Contact) and Transactional data (Order, Invoices, PGI etc). Implementing third-party integrations such as Payment, Logistics, Address Validations, CDN, etc. Implementing the SAP Commerce Composable Storefront and configuring SAP Commerce Cloud Portal. Analyzing logs and performance data to troubleshoot issues effectively. Customizing functionalities such as Search, Smartedit, PCM, ASM, DAM, Hotfolders, and Backoffice framework. Implementing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), data loaders, and variant configurations. Managing the complete application development life-cycle from requirements gathering through to support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Commerce project implementations. At least 4 years of experience leading multiple full lifecycle project implementations across various industries. SAP Commerce Cloud Certification is a must. Familiarity with project methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes. Exceptional presentation skills are required. The annual base compensation range for this role will be $93,970 - $180,122, which will be determined based on various factors including organizational needs and the candidate's qualifications.
