Job Summary As a part of our Electrical Team at Renu Energy Solutions, you will actively participate in the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems. Working closely with the Team Lead, you’ll ensure installations are executed with the highest quality standards, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail who are eager to build a career in the renewable energy sector. New hires will receive comprehensive classroom and field training within the first 30 days, and all necessary tools and safety gear will be provided. Note that this position involves some local travel. Responsibilities: Assist the Electrical Team Lead in installing solar PV and energy storage systems. Install system components and complete tasks from beginning to end. Support fellow crew members whenever necessary. Follow electrical diagrams and specifications to execute high-quality installations accurately and efficiently. Adhere to project designs and best practices to maintain quality and ensure compliance with codes. Keep your work truck organized and maintain tools and equipment effectively. Assist with inventory management and procurement tasks. Upgrade existing electrical equipment on residential and commercial sites. Engage in PV installations and perform rooftop work as needed. Qualifications: One or more years of experience in electrical work is preferred. One or more years of experience in solar electrical systems is preferred. A strong desire to excel in the renewable energy field and grow with a regional solar leader. Flexibility to work atypical schedules when needed. A valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record, along with reliable transportation. A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Comfort working on roofs, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and in confined spaces safely. General knowledge of home construction, building materials, workplace safety, and OSHA standards. A reliable work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a burgeoning business environment. Must pass a clean criminal background check.
