Work from October to February is not guaranteed and is based on business needs and union seniority./em/ppstrongUnion Status:/strong Non-Union/ppstrongWork Location:/strong In person/ppstrongPay:/strong $30.00 - $33.00 per hour/ppstrongPrincipal Function:/strong The Premium Club Supervisor is directly responsible for creating unique dining experiences by actively supervising and participating in execution of functions within the Press Club. Working closely with culinary and operations staff, they are responsible for ensuring that the overall presentation and execution of game day events go smoothly and in accordance with client specifications. They will work with the Premium Food Beverage Director to ensure Sodexo Live!s overall standards for accuracy, efficiency, quality and financial performance are met./ppstrongUnionized Work Environment:/strong This position operates within a unionized workforce. Success in this role requires the ability to communicate clearly, follow procedures, and foster a positive, respectful kitchen culture./ppstrongEssential Responsibilities:/strong/pulliMaximize Sodexo Live!s revenue and operational excellence through implementation and oversight of systems and policies related to club events./liliContributes to the efficient operation of business; ensures all aspects of club operations and events are completed in an efficient and effective manner./liliContribute to goal of making Sodexo Live! #1 in Event Hospitality and the #1 Employer of Choice through personal commitment and leading by example./liliWork independently and on several tasks /projects simultaneously, contributing to functional areas of the business./li/ulpstrongQualifications/Skills:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliOne year related experience required: Restaurant Management or Institutional Food Service./liliPrior supervisory experience in food service./liliMust possess strong general knowledge of food and beverage operations procedures, controls, and administration as well as awareness and ability to perform all catering-related positions./liliFunctional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs./liliKeen ability to promote and participate in a team environment./liliSuccessful candidate must be willing to work a variety of shifts and be available as business demands require./liliProven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management; Ability to promote and participate in team environment concepts./liliAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing./liliInitiative in identifying and resolving problems timely and effectively./li/ulpemOther requirements include but are not limited to:/em/pulliSubject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise./liliMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds in weight and maneuver in often tightly quartered environments./li/ulpstrongemHours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays./em/strong/ppThank you for expressing interest in employment with Sodexo Live!.
