POSITION DETAILS Pay: 1st shift: $25.00 Home Time: Home every weekend (depending on home location, may be home some nights) Equipment: 2016-2023 Kenworth trucks, Double drop trailers Route: 50-mile round trip from Lafayette, IN to Monticello, IN Average Miles: Drivers are expected to make 2-3 round trips per day Freight Type: CAT gensets/radiators/doghouses Delivery Type: Live loading and drop Extras/Bonuses: New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 - Paid in full on second paycheck; $3,000 - Paid out at $1,000 on second paycheck; $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days REQUIREMENTS Must have CLASS A CDL with 1 year experience with 6 months verified flatbed in the last 3 years Must have 6 months securement training including chains and binders Must be available to work some Saturdays Drivers will attend orientation in ATL Not a slip seat position (is subject to change) BENEFITS Medical, Dental & Vision Life insurance Disability coverage Paid time off 401(k) plan with a company match
