Team Approach: Our managers work side by side with crew members to enhance effectiveness, resolve guest complaints, maintain product quality, and address challenges as they arise. By working alongside their team, managers can teach and lead by example. Your Responsibilities: As a Breakfast Manager, you will: Oversee operations during the breakfast shift to uphold company standards. Ensure all breakfast equipment, such as ovens and grills, is clean and well-maintained. Foster a positive working relationship with both management and crew, providing coaching and support as needed. Lead team meetings to discuss operational procedures, promotions, safety, and training. Maintain an adequate supply of products while managing inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards. Maintain accurate reports and records in compliance with regulations. Ensure the building and equipment are maintained through proper cleaning and preventive procedures. Be responsible for cash handling and adherence to cash procedures. Assist with efficient staff scheduling to meet guest flow needs. Train and develop crew members in collaboration with senior management. Help in interviewing and hiring qualified personnel in accordance with company standards. Assist with lunch shifts if required by business needs. Maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards. Uphold HR, sanitation, safety, and security protocols for a compliant environment. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Experience in shift management is preferred (1 year). Ability to lead and train talent effectively. Must pass a background check and drug screen. A valid driver's license is preferred. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
