We invest in our people and provide the training, structure, and tools you need to succeed.Position: Crew Lead / ForemanSchedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Weekly Direct Deposit, PTO, Simple IRA w/ Company Match, Paid Holidays, Advancement Opportunities, Company Vehicles & Equipment ProvidedWhat You’ll DoAs a Crew Lead, you’ll oversee a two–three person crew and ensure every insulation project is completed with accuracy, safety, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Lead your crew in performing:Attic, wall, basement, and crawlspace insulationAir sealing (attic bypasses, can lights, chases, box sills, top plates, etc.)Ventilation improvements (baffles, ventilation chutes, bath fan venting, attic airflow corrections)Dense pack, blow-in, batt install, and related weatherization tasksOperate and maintain WHI-provided equipment: insulation machines, vacuums, power tools, safety tools, and ventilation equipmentPerform daily maintenance checks on company vehicles and equipmentCommunicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining project scope, timelines, and post-install detailsEnsure workmanship meets WHI’s high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfactionComplete accurate job cards, materials used, photos, ventilation verification, and project notesCoordinate with office staff regarding scheduling updates, material needs, and job-site challengesMaintain a clean, organized job site and follow all safety guidelinesMentor junior installers and help train new crew members as neededWhat We’re Looking ForWe want someone who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and sees insulation/weatherization as a long-term career.Required:Previous insulation and/or weatherization experience, including air sealing and ventilation workAbility to lead and motivate a crewStrong communication skills with homeownersComfort using and maintaining insulation and ventilation equipmentHigh attention to detail and accurate job card documentationReliable, professional, and team-orientedValid driver’s licensePreferred:Prior experience as a Lead Installer, Crew Lead, or ForemanFamiliarity with Focus on Energy standards or similar utility program requirementsAbility to identify ventilation deficiencies and recommend correctionsWhy You’ll Love Working at WHITop-tier pay for experienced installers and leadersStable, year-round workFamily-owned with a reputation for integrity and quality craftsmanshipOrganized office support that sets crews up for successHigh-quality equipment, well-maintained vehicles, and reliable materialsGrowth opportunities into senior roles, training positions, or project managementReady to Advance Your Career?If you’re hardworking, experienced, and ready to join a company that values your skill and leadership, we’d love to talk.Apply today and take the next step with Wisconsin Home Improvement.
