What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a highly motivated electrical contracting project scheduler to support the execution of our cutting-edge projects at Lighthouse Electric. In this role, you will oversee the planning and tracking from design through execution, providing management with critical decision-making information to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to start from scratch and leverage first principles to plan a fully integrated execution of Lighthouse Electric's electrical infrastructure and contracting projects. An office-based Scheduler with five (5) or more years of scheduling experience Someone with: Electrical/MEP construction knowledge Experience with industry standard scheduling practices i.e., CPM, Takt, Pull Planning, Last Planner System, etc. Advanced knowledge and proficient use of Primavera P6 scheduling software The ability to accurately integrate resource, cost & material loading data into schedules and report via Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft and/or Google Suite applications Experience in scheduling for projects valued at $10 million or higher A strong interoffice collaborator with: Demonstrated organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills A strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills The ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure A detail-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills What We Are Offering: Team environment with people of varied past experiences and knowledge Potential to work on mega-scale projects for high profile customers Company paid health, vision and dental insurance Short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance/AD&D policies Paid holidays Paid time off 401k with 5% company match Annual employee performance reviews Note: Chosen applicant will be subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment.
