Job Description We are seeking a part-time Armed Special Agent to join our distinguished High Value Asset and Protective Services Team, reporting to the Senior Team Leader. In this critical role, you will assist in mission planning and execution, ensuring the successful protection of our client's assets and principals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Covert and Low-Profile Protection techniques. Your responsibilities will include tactical planning for domestic and international assignments, equipment sourcing, threat assessments, and more. You will work closely with a team of skilled agents and will have access to our Security Operations Center (SOC) and intelligence resources. Primary Responsibilities: Engage in emergency response actions to protect the client's people and assets, utilizing skills in verbal de-escalation, non-lethal force, and medical treatment as required. Be accountable for the safety and security of clients in both static and dynamic situations. Contribute to the development and rehearsal of mission standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Design and manage security strategies for the enterprise, focusing on the secure movement of personnel and high value assets. Collaborate closely with the SOC and intelligence teams for thorough threat analysis and operational planning. Deliver exceptional service to client principals, ensuring a white-glove experience. Uphold the highest standards of conduct, appearance, and training while enhancing client communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with client's security staff and partners across regions. Monitor developments in security practices to improve our overall security program. Oversee technical threat-detection systems during missions. Training and Sustainment: Attend regularly scheduled paid skills-sustainment training, including range memberships. Participate in training rotations covering Firearms, Defensive Tactics, and Medical skills. Maintain at least 60% attendance in an annual schedule of thirty classes, with exceptions for those actively maintaining comparable skills elsewhere. Skills and Qualifications: Required Ability to pass all relevant training, including Defensive Driving, Advanced Firearms, Executive Protection, First Aid / Tactical Medicine, and Surveillance Detection. Experience in dynamic environments with decision-making autonomy. Successful completion of federal background checks and drug screenings. Current passport valid for at least six months. Active Washington State Security Guard or Private Investigator License with CJTC Armed endorsement. Active Washington State Concealed Pistol License. Proven understanding of Low-Pro/Covert protective operations. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Graduation from a recognized protective security course. Active TSA Global Entry, PreCheck, and CLEAR. Military or law enforcement background, especially in combat arms or special operations. Formal training/experience in defensive tactics and surveillance detection. Understanding of modern security technology in monitoring and communication.
