As the Branch Manager you will be a trusted advisor within the communities we serve. You will lead a team of retail team members in effectively identifying the financial needs of our customers while consistently ensuring a high level of customer service. As a leader within the community, you will actively participate in organizations and activities that provide visibility and promote Forte Bank.This role is a KEY cultural leader at Forte Bank. We are seeking a leader who has a continuous improvement mindset, is sales-oriented and deeply invested in developing people as individuals, not just employees.This role is on-site in Hartford, Wisconsin. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:15 pm/close, occasional Saturday 8:15 am - 12:15 pm. May be required to attend community events outside of these hours. PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES IN BRANCH: Oversee daily operations and supervision of the branch team including adherence to government regulations, the bank's policies and procedures and ethical business practices.Serve as a strong people leader, mentor, and coach; provide continuous feedback and clear role expectations while holding your team accountable to high standardsContinuously look for ways to optimize efficiency within the branch operationsLead the branch to achieve established sales goals by generating referral business, new accounts, management of current customer accounts and identifying opportunities to enhance our relationships with our customers.Increase market share by building long-term relationships with local businessPromote the bank's various banking products including retail and business deposit, loan, and investment services.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, government regulations, and ethical business practices.Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated banking professionals to become a high performing teamRecruit, hire and develop branch staff. Foster a team environment by selecting and hiring quality team members who are collaborative, results driven and possess strong sales and service aptitudes.Maintain safety and security for our customers and team members.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bank's products and servicesEnsure the delivery of high-quality customer service through regular contact with customers.Evaluate service quality and initiates corrective action, as necessary.Other duties as needed.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES (: Develops and maintains a network in the community to enhance the Bank's visibility and builds a strong referral source for new potential business.
