What You’ll Do Lead the Charge: Direct the electrical design process from concept through construction across commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. Own the Technical Side: Design and review power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and performance objectives. Manage Projects: Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate deliverables, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Be the Client’s Trusted Partner: Develop and maintain client relationships, provide expert guidance, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Mentor & Develop Talent: Coach and guide junior engineers and designers, setting a high bar for technical excellence and leadership. What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline). Licensure: PE license highly preferred (or on track to obtain). Experience: 10+ years in electrical design, preferably within engineering consulting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in power systems design, load calculations, and electrical code compliance.
