VALUATION COORDINATION SPECIALIST WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Join our dynamic team as a Valuation Coordination Specialist, where you will be a key player in managing and coordinating the residential appraisal process within Cotality's CMS platform. As the main liaison between the appraisal department, internal teams, and our network of approved vendors, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of valuation services. Your role will involve assigning appraisal requests, tracking orders, and enhancing vendor communication. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and a foundational understanding of the residential appraisal workflow. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Collaborate with approved vendors to manage the residential appraisal process efficiently. Monitor timelines and proactively follow up with vendors to guarantee on-time delivery of valuation products. Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Process modifications in fees and timings, obtaining necessary approvals as needed. Provide regular updates on project status and escalate any issues to management promptly. Handle daily administrative duties and contribute to basic pipeline reporting. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by department leadership. Complete mandatory compliance training within required timelines. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications High School Diploma A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Cotality's CMS platform. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with at least 2 years of experience. Additional Qualifications Associate's Degree preferred (ideally in Business, Real Estate, or Finance) or 3 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Experience as a Residential Appraisal Coordinator is a plus. Proven ability to effectively manage significant pipelines and internal projects. Familiarity with national coverage pipelines is advantageous. A basic understanding of residential appraisal requirements is beneficial. Knowledge of lending operations and relevant appraisal department policies is helpful. A collaborative team player with the capability to work independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professional conduct. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $25.93 - $41.43 per hour, depending on experience and location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
