Key Responsibilities: Create and enhance advanced forecasting models to predict revenue trends, leveraging historical data, market insights, and current industry dynamics. Facilitate the financial planning process by providing accurate and timely revenue forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that budgeting efforts align seamlessly with revenue projections. Track and evaluate revenue performance against forecasts and historical data. Examine market trends and internal metrics to pinpoint potential revenue risks and opportunities. Guide and develop team members, overseeing multiple projects within the department. Uphold KPMG's commitment to integrity, professionalism, and accountability in a respectful workplace. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of recent experience in data analytics; background in professional services is a plus. A bachelor's degree in finance, data science, statistics, or related fields is required; an advanced degree is advantageous. Expertise in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and machine learning model development; proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI is essential; experience with AI frameworks and advanced financial modeling techniques is preferred. Solid grasp of financial modeling concepts, including scenario analysis, and familiarity with financial planning and analysis processes. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to encourage teamwork across functions while effectively managing multiple projects. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
