This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your skills directly support children with Autism and developmental disabilities-and where your own career growth is actively supported. Position OverviewAs an RBT at STEPS, you'll provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll implement treatment plans, collect data, and play a key role in helping clients make measurable progress toward their behavioral and developmental goals.
