Position Overview:The Quality Systems Compliance Technician position will assist in completing material compliance requests for customers, document control, and warranty claim review. Additionally, this position will be involved in helping to maintain the company's Quality Management System through internal and 3rd party audits and assisting in completing corrective actions for findings that may be identified. Primary Responsibilities & Duties: Completing customer material compliance requests, such as REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, etc. Reviewing and updating, as needed, controlled documents Assist in investigating internal and external audit findings to help drive timely and effective corrective actions Work closely with customers to complete the necessary compliance documentation Assist in the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certification process Ability to log on to customer websites and complete warranty claim review Assist in training other functional departments for documentation updates Ability to complete effective internal audits and assist in documenting findings and corrective actions Required Education & Experience: Proficient in working with electronic records, databases, Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP (Oracle, EPICOR, SAP) and compliance portals (Assent, IMDS, CDX) Previous relevant experience or training with material compliance Internal Auditor certification or completion of internal auditing training Ability to work in a team environment independently with minimal supervision Experience in manufacturing and ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certifications is a plus Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership skills to support and motivate others Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
