Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Helper to support daily operations in our automation and tooling company. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks, including organizing materials, preparing tools, assisting with machine setups, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work closely with skilled technicians and engineers to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of tools and materials for production. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor. Assist with machine setups and operation as directed. Support technicians and engineers in assembly and testing processes. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills.
