RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare a diverse menu quickly and accurately while taking pride in the quality of each dish. Work in spacious, well-equipped kitchen areas; available positions include Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, and Kitchen Prep. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen equipment and your working environment. Collaborate with team members to exceed standards in food preparation and delivery. Commit to safe food handling and sanitation practices throughout your shift. Utilize proper safety equipment and follow recipe specifications as guided by management. Restock kitchen and cook line as necessary to ensure smooth operations. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and work in both hot and cold environments. Capable of walking, standing, and bending for extended periods while performing key job functions.
