Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBAClever Bee AcademyFull-Time | On-Site & Community-BasedReports To: SVP of Business OperationsStatus: Non-ExemptAbout the RoleClever Bee Academy is seeking an experienced and mission-driven BCBA to lead the clinical oversight of our Inclusion and Intervention Classrooms across centers. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while supporting and developing our Behavioral Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Teams and Inclusions Program Teams.The BCBA plays a critical leadership role in supervising Technicians and Inclusion Managers, ensuring best practices, compliance, and positive outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.This position is ideal for a BCBA leader who thrives on mentorship, quality improvement, and building strong, ethical clinical systems.What You'll DoClinical Oversight & Service Delivery Oversee ABA services across our Centers in various regions to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective careEnsure smooth clinical operations across Inclusion and Intervention ClassroomsMonitor assessment processes, treatment plans, and service delivery Team Leadership & Supervision Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development for Inclusion Managers, BT, and RBTsSupport staff growth through feedback, coaching, and performance oversightFoster a collaborative, supportive, and positive clinical culture Collaboration & Operations Partner closely with the SVP of Operations to initiate, maintain, and scale client servicesDevelop and implement processes that support BCBA responsibilities and clinical efficiencySupport staffing, scheduling, and service continuity Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, state regulations, and industry standardsMaintain accurate documentation and clinical recordsComplete required state paperwork and support written documentation for grants related to inclusion programming Continuous Improvement Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomesMonitor clinical data and outcomes to inform best practicesSupport program development that strengthens inclusion services Required Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACBActive Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst credential in good standingMinimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a BCBA, including direct client careStrong leadership, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with professionalism and discretionMust pass a criminal background checkMust be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Prior leadership or management experience within an ABA provider organizationExperience working with multiple funding sources for ABA servicesFamiliarity with ABA data collection and practice management systemsExperience supporting inclusive classroom or school-based ABA models Skills That Help You Succeed Clinical leader with strong ethical judgment and decision-making skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenConfident communicator who builds trust with staff and familiesProactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindsetComfortable managing multiple teams, priorities, and programs Additional Requirements Flexibility to work irregular hoursAbility to meet physical job demands, including lifting clients or equipment and utilizing physical management techniques when requiredReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record Why You'll Love Clever Bee Academy Supportive leadership that values collaboration and clear communicationA mission-driven organization focused on children, families, and educatorsOpportunities to make a visible impact on program qualityA team environment where structure, support, and growth go hand in hand Clever Bee Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
