This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your demonstrated abilities will be appreciated and developed!In the role of Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for introducing Shingo-based improvement methodologies at various LGC sites. This includes facilitating training and workshops on Lean systems, applying Daily Management Systems, A3/Root Cause Problem Solving, Leader Standard Work, and other methods customized to address specific issues. You will partner closely with leadership and frontline teams to ensure these methodologies are implemented seamlessly.Your main responsibilities will include: Leading the deployment of Operational Excellence methodologies, driven by the Shingo ModelTraining and coaching teams at various levels of the organizationDeveloping and optimizing Daily Management Systems, A3/Root Cause Problem Solving, Leader Standard Work, and other improvement systemsCollaborating with Operations Leadership to drive continuous improvement initiativesGuiding the next phase of the Operational Excellence deployment Qualifications: QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Science or EngineeringMinimum of 5 experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Lean methodologiesExtensive knowledge of Lean/TPS, Shingo, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and Total Productive MaintenanceStrong leadership and change management skillsExcellent coaching and training abilitiesAttention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional judgment and reliabilityExceptional oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and networking skillsCritical thinking and analytical abilities, with experience in reporting and tracking metrics Preferred Qualifcations: Direct experience in Process Improvement/Operational Excellence/Lean in a life science or biotech company Additional InformationThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: $108,000 USDMaximum: $147,000 USDThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for the California -based position.
