Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and lead a talented culinary team. Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control. Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred. Bilingual a huge plus.
