Vice President, US Stores - West Zone

Description As a Vice President, US Stores, you will hold leadership responsibility for implementing the company strategy that drives overall field sales excellence and delivers sales growth. In this role, you will build, mentor, and monitor performance of a hard-working team. Additionally, you are responsible for management of store personnel and all aspects of operational excellence. You will drive success across the Western US markets. You will work a remote role in California, Colorado or Arizona and report to the Senior Vice President, US Trade. Key Responsibilities Own total responsibility for both Sales and Operations for assigned zone including profit and loss statement, sales, retail stores, personnel, and inventory; ensure sales and profit objectives for the zone are achieved. Increase existing customer share to meet sales expectations and build strong working relationships with new and potential customers to increase potential business opportunities. Supervise recruitment, training, and development of sales and operations force while implementing the performance and learning process. Provide a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining company standards regarding employee and community safety, health, and environmental issues. Implement standardized operating procedures and efficient processes along with providing field feedback on performance issues and customer requirements. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Business or equivalent education with 10+ years of related experience along with dynamic sales and operations responsibilities; MBA preferred. Capable of directly managing a large team of direct reports and about 400 indirect reports. Ability to travel up to 75%, within the Western territory.
