In this role, you will assist Wireless and Wireline service providers in modernizing their Technology solutions, including Business/Operations Support Systems (B/OSS) and Network infrastructure. Your efforts will lead to the development of new services, enhancement of customer experience, cost reduction, revenue growth, and strengthening of competitive positioning. Key Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Telecom Engineering, Science, etc.) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of expertise in Telecom B/OSS and Network infrastructure, along with Network Data management. At least 2 years of experience delivering Telecom Technology evolution projects. Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing Telecom technology strategy projects or workstreams and guiding project-based team members. In-depth technical and business knowledge in areas such as Autonomous Networks, 5G, HFC, CAMARA, and ODA. Strong research abilities regarding client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry trends, and new technologies. A willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in consulting. TMForum certifications. Comprehensive understanding of Network data space. Your Responsibilities: Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in the Telecom Technology domain while exhibiting strong business acumen. Lead Telecom B/OSS and MVNO stack modernization projects, ensuring successful execution. Engagement delivery focuses on techno-functional analysis, data analysis, solution design, and implementation management. In this capacity, you'll also hold significant leadership responsibilities. Contribute to solution development, addressing client needs and creating prototypes in Autonomous Networks, B/OSS Transformation, and MVNO launches. Build and maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients, engaging in business development and thought leadership in Telco B/OSS and Networks. Consistently deliver high-quality client services and keep stakeholders informed about project progress and outcomes. Engage with clients at appropriate levels to establish valuable relationships.
