Job Description:Weekend package is a 12 week contract between Luther Manor at Hillcrest and the employee to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Contract may be renewed upon completion of 12 weeks at the discretion of Luther Manor at Hillcrest. Increase over base rate for the weekend package depending on position and experience.Responsibilities: Knowledge of residents rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well being of all residents in a safe and secure environmentAssume accountability for complaince with Federal, State and other regulationsAssist in the implemntation of each resident's care plan by performing personal cares and all activities of daily livingAnswer any call lights to determine residnet needs and take appropriate actionAssist with all AM and PM care Requirements/Qualifications: Current , valid certification of CNA and Current state License for all nursesRegular attendance is requiredWeekend Shifts required Benefits/Perks: MedicalDentalVisionLife Insurance Location:Dubuque, IA
