JOB PURPOSE: The Delivery Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring timely delivery and coordination of services related to Rehab and Aftersale order types. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist customers, referral sources, and team members with scheduling deliveries for Rehab and Aftersale orders, while maintaining accurate data in order tracking systems. Communicate effectively with clients to determine optimal scheduling availability for appointments. Ensure timely updates are logged in order tracking systems, optimizing ATP and seating technician schedules. Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and referral sources, collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Take ownership of resolving issues directly to limit transfers, aiming to de-escalate situations as needed. Meet established productivity and performance standards consistently. Engage in departmental initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Adhere to Numotion’s Leadership Principles, upholding integrity and compliance with organizational values. Maintain confidentiality and follow industry regulations and company policies. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, addressing concerns with solutions and keeping customer service as a top priority. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of one year of customer service or dispatching/routing experience. PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong listening, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Quick-thinking with the capability to assess situations and make sound decisions. Commitment to providing top-notch customer service. Familiarity with complex rehab equipment and products. Experience in the durable medical equipment industry. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities for effective customer interactions. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS: Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers for computer-related tasks. Ability to sit for extended periods, working at a desk and on computers. Occasional reaching and manual dexterity required. Effective communication skills are essential. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
